“We really loved staying here. Rolando and his family were super welcoming and at the same time gave privacy in the apartment. We did a lot of cooking in the kitchen and loved being a bit away from the town but still close enough where it was a 30 min. walk or 5 min. drive. “We are visiting the cloud forest of Ecuador for three weeks, This is our first visit to Ecuador. We stayed at Cerro Campana for 6 nights, our second longest stay during our first trip to Ecuador. “Plenty of room for our group of 12. The owner even came over and helped us start a fire, for the cold nights! Also had periodical cleaning which was an added bonus. Only issue we had is the downstairs shower only had cold water so we had to share the 2 upstairs between 12 folks. Not ideal but was do able. Great house in a quiet part of town.”
