“The room can be improved to ensuite. Presently, shared toilet and shower and if one is badly pressed and the toilet is occupied (and it happened a couple of times), one is in a big trouble. It was advertised as bed and breakfast, but there was no breakfast provided. Mim was very courteous and was very polite nevertheless.”

Room was lovely which was cleaned daily. The best shower pressure! Tea coffee, water and juice in the room. Great location, walking distance to Esher town centre and the Racetrack! Hairdryer, kettle and provisions in the room, plenty of plugs, touch bedside lamps, big TV screen, mirror, table and chairs sitting area by the window. Separate Shower rooms compact but very clean.”

Unfortunately, there was no hot water both in the evening and the following morning, which we reported to the host on departure. Had we been staying longer, I’m confident the host would have tried to resolve this. The bed was uncomfortable and the mattress would benefit from an upgrade or the addition of a topper.
