“We were supposed to receive check in information 24 hours in advance. When we never received it I had to contact the property 3 times before they sent the codes. The room was supposed to have a’sleeper sofa’ - what it had was a cot that took up what little space we had and meant we had no comfortable place to sit. The room was incredibly noisy with constant foot falls and racket from the room above.”

The room (standard double) is small, but we only needed to sleep and shower mostly. If you're looking for a large room, make sure you review options available. “The best part about this flat was the people running it. We had an issue with the A/C and not knowing how to turn it on and they immediately came to try and help us.
