The bathroom was dirty. There were hairs all over in the shower, the floor of the shower was black, and the toilet was dirty. We wore crocs to shower. Also, my husband saw a roach that he didn’t tell me about until we left. It just overall did not feel clean.

The breakfast was great for our family. The room smelled odd and the couch bed had stained pillows and sheets. It was quiet and we slept well once we got used to the odd smell (almost smelled like pot but it is a non smoking hotel, so not sure). Pool was good but a bit too warm.

Property check in was easy and desk agent was nice. Room had a weird order like sausage and spices. Like the people that stayed before us. Dresser doors were all open. Candy in wrapper and out were on floor near window and a hair band was on carpet near mirror. Hairs were in tub. Breakfast was not good at all. Sausage links taste under done. Eggs taste like water when you bite. Coffee machine was empty. Had to wait for refill then it was weak. Many many dead bugs were inside the exit door on floor and around the lights across from our room.
