Summary:
Loggerhead Cay #543 is a fantastic third floor gulf front condo residence in the sought after Loggerhead Cay development of Sanibel's East End. This residence features two spacious bedrooms and bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and direct ocean views! With resort grade amenities including tennis, pickle ball, an olympic sized heated swimming pool, shuffleboard, and community grills, guests will surely return year after year!
The Space:
Loggerhead Cay #543 is a two-bedroom, two bathroom fully equipped condominium located on the east end of Sanibel Island. The unit is incredibly bright and spacious and comfortably sleeps up to five guests. The master bedroom offers a king size bed with gel mattress topper and private bathroom. The second bedroom offers a queen and twin bed. The main living area has a 70” smart TV. The gorgeous chef's kitchen is fully equipped with everything that you would need for making full meals during your stay. There is also a washer and dryer located within the unit. Other offerings include high-speed wireless internet, beach equipment for your use including chairs, and umbrellas. Linens and beach towels are included. This unit is a short three-to-five-minute walk to the sand from your door. It is located in building five on the 3rd floor with patio. There is an assigned parking space located directly behind the unit.
Please note that this unit is pet-friendly for guests with one dog up to 25 pounds in size. There is a non-refundable $100 pet fee associated with pets.
****From October 20 – November 18, there will be ongoing property maintenance Monday–Thursday (8 AM – 4 PM), with visible piping, equipment on-site, and construction noise during the day.****

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the unit and all of the Loggerhead Cay association amenities such as pool, tennis, pickle ball, and shuffleboard.
The Neighborhood:
For those familiar with the East End of Sanibel, Loggerhead Cay faithfully represents its laid back nature and sublime beauty. Featuring picturesque landscapes of beach reeds, Seagrapes, and Buttonwood trees, foreshadowing the lush 20+ acres of tropical beachfront this property sits on, one can easily understand why so many have adopted this community as their vacation spot of choice year after year. The community is known as one of the most family friendly on the island, providing guests of all demographics with a fantastic opportunity for sun and fun on Sanibel! You will be near to restaurants, shopping, and activity, while still far enough removed to be reminded that you are on vacation and provided ample opportunity to socially distance away from the hustle bustle that can characterize island life during season. This location is also advantageous in that it provides quick on and off access to the causeway, as to allow guests a quick commute into and from Fort Myers without having to contest with Seasonal traffic. All in all, a superb residence in a superb location!
Getting Around:
Loggerhead Cay is centrally situated on Sanibel Island, just a three minute drive to the Sanibel Causeway and subsequently Fort Myers. We are less than a 45 minute commute from RSW, the regiona airport servicing Southwest Florida. Uber is available on Sanibel and bikes can be included in your rental.
Other Things to Note:
We require a rental agreement to be signed prior to commencing your stay
E-Bikes are not allowed on property.
A non-refundable cancellation fee of $100 will apply for reservations cancelled prior to the cancellation policy window. This fee covers our credit card processing fees on a refunded deposit payment.

We are available as often as needed, but give guests the space they desire while on vacation.
