The apartment "Sa Maniga" offers a fantastic view of the sea, the bay of Cala Millor and the well-known nature reserve "Sa Punta de N`Amer".
In cloudless skies you can even look down to Menorca.

This great apartment is on the 5th floor (elevator available). It is completely new and modern. The complex was completely and lavishly renovated in the winter of 2014/2015, with state-of-the-art equipment such as aluminum windows with double glazing, balcony with glass railing, air conditioning / heating, wooden laminate flooring.
The living area of 45 m² offers an open kitchen with fridge / freezer, oven and two ceramic hobs.

A bright living / dining area for 4 people and the 10 m² balcony with fantastic views of the sea and the beautiful long beach.

The sofa bed is designed for 2 people, of course, with sea views ...
just like the bedroom with double bed and reading lights, TV and built-in wardrobe.
