When we contacted the owner she apologized, got the cleaning crew over there within 20 minutes, and showed up to apologize to us face-to-face. She also let us check out late at no additional charge. She was prompt, professional and very friendly.The Hacienda was in a great location and provided plenty of space for the both of us.
