“Yolanda and Eileen are so generously hospitable, attending to every detail ahead of time so our event and time at Back 40 was very smooth, enjoyable, and relaxing. They are very attentive and helpful and flexible; then, during our event, they discreetly disappeared but let us know how to easily reach them. David has a very calming, kind presence. “Very dated and run down. Room smelled very old and musky and didn’t seem really clean. We actually went and bought room spray. The paint was coming off the hand rails in the bathroom really bad. No water pressure in the shower. Breakfast was bad. Only eggs and waffles. Nothing else. Door keys worked part of the time. For the price we were expecting a much better stay. Won’t stay there again. For the price there’s a lot of other options that are cleaner and all around better. ”

"Room not very clean. We found hair and obvious dust on the floor when we entering the room after checkin. We asked for frontdesk and then cleaned again. THen when we ate breakfast at lobby, there's no service people until at least ten mins after we sit there. But the breakfast taste good. We ordered a dish with avocado and a dish with fruits stuff. I like them, but fogive me cannot remember their names."
