Charming villa floor with splendid view of the Tyrrhenian Sea, completely renovated and air conditioned, with new furniture, including: a bedroom (140cm bed), a living-dining room, with a convertible sofa (memory foam mattress 140 cm), a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom.
A large stone terrace protected by a wooden pergola, invites you to relax with its garden furniture and deckchairs. A dining area with barbecue allows you to enjoy the outdoors at any time of the day. Private and secure parking.
Located in Cap Corse, in a quiet residential area, 850 m from the village center of Miomo, known for its famous 16th century Genoese tower and its pebble beach. The municipality of Santa Maria di Lota is 10 minutes by car from Bastia, and 40 minutes from Bastia Poretta Airport.
Possibility to organize days at sea: Fishing, beaches (Fiume Santu, Loto, Saleccia, etc.), Nautical activities (2 Paddles, Diving, Towed buoy, etc.) with the owner's comfortable boat. Corsican meal on board, Night in a cove or at the port of Saint Florent without supplement.

Very nice stay
Had a very nice few days here. Accommodation was great with air conditioning to keep it cool. A nice secluded terrace to sit out on and look at the seaside. It is only a short walk to the coast. Pascal was a very helpful host.

Irena and Stefan. Perfect retreat with a beautiful sea view.
This modern, beautifully designed apartment has everything that you need and is spotlessly clean. Set slightly up a hill, it offers a stunning view of the sea, but it is still less than five minute drive to the village centre and the beach. Very peaceful and quiet. Pascal was very friendly and helpful about local activities and places to see. 15 min drive from Bastia. We loved every minute of our stay.

La vue et le calme
Une vue de la terrasse sur la mer superbe. Logement bien équipé et climatisation. La balade en bateau est à faire. Propriétaire disponible. A 10/15 minutes du centre de bastia. L emplacement est idéal pour visiter le cap Corse et autres tout en étant au calme.

Idylle en Corse
Nous avons passé une semaine de rêve en Corse ! Le logement est idéalement situé et très bien entretenu, très bien pour un couple qui cherche la tranquillité, mais aussi à être idéalement situé pour une visite de Bastia, ou un tour à la plage, ou un tour en montagne. M. Granado est à la fois discret et disponible. Il nous a très bien conseillé pour les détails pratiques de la vie quotidienne (proxi, se garer à Bastia, nom de restaurants...) mais aussi pour les visites ou les escapades en montagne. La location de voiture nous a grandement facilité la vie, en plus de nous permettre de conduire une voiture pour le moins peu commune et très sympathique. Nous allons garder un souvenir impérissable de la Corse, et sans doute notre hôte n'y sera pas étranger. Un grand merci !

Que du bonheur !
Tout d'abord pour les vacanciers qui arrivent en ferry à Bastia, logement très facile à trouver, 15 minutes sans embouteillage en partant sur le Cap, ce qui est génial en cas d'arrivée fin de journée. De plus, Pascal se fait un plaisir sur demande de préparer un bon en cas avec des produits locaux bien choisis. Le logement est conforme aux photos avec une propreté vraiment exemplaire et, contrairement à ce que les photos pourraient laisser à penser, un accès direct de plain pied. Pascal est un vrai couteau suisse et nul doute qu'il trouvera la solution à toute vos recherches. Nous l'avons sollicité pour une journée complète en bateau avec pêche, découverte et déjeuner partagé au bord de la plus belle plage de Haute Corse à Saleccia Avec une mer bleue à rendre jaloux les Caraïbes... Merci Pascal, nous reviendrons certainement pour profiter du côté sauvage des plages du Cap qui sont hors saison d'un calme si réconfortant... Au final 5 étoiles pour celle location, très très bon rapport qualité prix avec un extérieur sublime pleine vu mer. Valérie & Marc

Bonne adresse entre Bastia et le cap Corse.
La maison est très bien située avec une belle vue . Il ne manque rien dans l’appartement et Pascal notre hôte est très prévenant et efficace , il nous a donné beaucoup de bons conseils pour des ballades ou des restaurants . Une très bonne adresse .

Une vue superbe, un logement bien équipé, tout y est! Accès à la mer par des petits chemins pentus. Pour descendre ça va mais il faut remonter donc attention avec jeunes enfants ou adultes à mobilité difficile. Sinon, la voiture !! Location calme, idéal pour des vacances sereine!

Meme si un peu petit pour un couple avec 2 ados, le logement est idealement situe sur la corniche a 10' a pied de la plage de Miomo et 15' de l'entree de Bastia en voiture. Accueil et bienveillance de nos hotes Pascal et Sabine qui sont tres disponibles et discrets. C'etait parfait pour decouvrir le Cap Corse sauvage peu envahi de touristes ou les belles villes du nord de la cote ouest. On a tres envie d'y revenir et de recommander cette location a nos proches.

Schöner Aufenthalt am tollen Cap Corse
Das Haus von Pascal Granado liegt sehr schön am Hang von Santa-Maria-di-Lota. Die Aussicht von den Zimmern und der Terasse auf das Meer ist wunderbar. In der Wohnung, die mit Sorgfalt gestaltet ist, hat es uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Lage ist für Ausflüge rund um das Cap Corse ideal. Es gibt auch sehr schöne Sandstrände die mit dem Auto schnell zu erreichen sind. Pascal hat uns sehr gute Tipps gegeben und war sehr freundlich. Wie haben unseren Aufenthalt genossen und kommen gerne wieder. Xenia und Jörg
