The location of the unit was very nice and close to the beach. The unit was clean.There were 2 broken pieces of furniture and the upstairs bath shower curtain was missing the liner and the shower curtain itself was molded. The ice maker and water dispenser on fridge did not work. The counter ice maker was molded. The listing of the cart being listed as new is the major issue that we had it was the oldest one that we saw in the neighborhood. It is rusted with bad tires cracked windshield and dash board does not work. We call management and they did not come to check it out until Thurs and we check out was early Saturday. We would definitely stay again if these issues were fixed and the cart was new as listed!
