Le jardin est planté de nombreux arbres fruitiers, la piscine est extrêmement agréable et protégée par les arbres. Des terrasses extérieures permettent de prendre l’apéritif ou les repas à l’ombre des tilleuls où d’une pergola recouverte de vigne. "Nice house with lot of space and a clean pool. Steep road to the mansion. Friendly owner, lot of beer glasses and just one wine glass. Over all a perfect place for a week with friends in the Marche."

"This is a stunning property with equally beautiful views of all around. You really feel you have the whole valley to yourself. The villa itself is well equipped and despite the summer heat it remains cool during the night (ceiling fans help though). The infinity pool is large and impeccably maintained which provided a refreshing escape from the summer heat. "Der erste Eindruck war gut. Denn der Empfang des Vermieters war herzlich. Alle Fragen wurden beantwortet und auf Wünsche wurde eingegangen. Auch Fragen nach einer guten Pizzeria oder einem guten Strandabschnitt wurden beantwortet. "Il parco e la piscina sono stupendi, ma gli ultimi due giorni il "robot subacqueo" si è guastato e l'acqua è così risultata molto sporca. Purtroppo molti di noi sono stati pizzicati (alcuni in maniera grave, tanto da sospendere la vacanza) da un insetto presente all'interno della villa Alcune camere era completamente sprovviste di armadi, i vestiti lasciati nelle valigie per terra. "Das Anwesen ist geräumig mit genügend und sehr sauberen Bädern. Der Pool ist topp und sehr gut gepflegt. Die Hausverwalterin war immer ansprechbar und hatte gute Tipps für Ausflüge. Die Küche ist sehr groß mit tollen Herden und einer guten Industriespülmaschine. Einziges Manko: Die Küchenutensilien sind mangelhaft. Kein Wasserkocher, kein Quirl, stumpfe Messer... Da könnte noch etwas nachgebessert werden. Alles in allem hat es meiner Familie und mir sehr gut gefallen."

The house is beautifully situated with stunning rolling hills and farm country all around.
