“We were a group of three older women looking for a clean comfortable rental to use as home base as we explored the region. The house was idyllic, overlooking hills of sunflowers and flax. It was beautiful, serene and each evening we had a glass of wine and enjoyed the view. The pool was essential as there was a heat wave during our stay and it cooled us down every evening. “Das Anwesen ist geräumig mit genügend und sehr sauberen Bädern. Der Pool ist topp und sehr gut gepflegt. Die Hausverwalterin war immer ansprechbar und hatte gute Tipps für Ausflüge. Die Küche ist sehr groß mit tollen Herden und einer guten Industriespülmaschine. Einziges Manko: Die Küchenutensilien sind mangelhaft. Kein Wasserkocher, kein Quirl, stumpfe Messer... Da könnte noch etwas nachgebessert werden. Alles in allem hat es meiner Familie und mir sehr gut gefallen.”

The fact that the house is so great detached in the Marche countryside, on the other hand, means that it is not well possible to reach it without a car. “Amazing stay at Irene’s place! Place is even better than pictures - so much space!! Ideally for group of 15. Very clean. Easy check in - Irene was there on arrival. Communication with Irene was amazing - answered so many of my questions. Even transported us to supermarket to do our shop (at a cost). Location very remote so car needed. But great if want to be away from it all! Irene was great in helping to organise and cook for us twice - pizza and private chef. Only feedback would be that we……

“Wir haben unsere Ferien in der Casa Foglietti sehr genossen und können diese Villa nur empfehlen. Das Haus ist für zwei Familien mit 5 Kindern sehr geeignet! Der Pool ist toll, sauber und toll gelegen. Die Aussicht ist einfach traumhaft. Samuele war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und aufmerksam. Die zwei Kühlschränke sind ideal in dieser heissen Jahreszeit.
