Bad smells in the room barely hidden by the perfume the staff was spreading every day. This is a global issue in the city. Unfortunate!! Not the hotel fault but a matter of fact.
A significant issue with Wi-Fi. Totally antiquated system with daily renewal. The service provider did not updated their system for IOS 9.2 then no way to connect to up to date Apple devices. Spent one day to get it fixed ( the provider set me up for the duration of our stay).
Santander is locked up for Christmas. Nothing open even restaurants. So avoid this period of time.

thanks for your review, Due to the smell, its not a hotel problem, the city when do not rain for days, also with the sea tides, we can not do nothing to solve it.
