L’hôtel est vraiment de standing, très bien entretenu, avec un accès direct à la plage très appréciable. Les repas étaient excellents, le room service efficace et la zone spa très agréable pour se détendre. Rien à redire, tout était impeccable. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir."

"Hotel vraiment beau mais ma chambre était très éloignée du bâtiment principale et le service de navettes finissait a 23h00 (un peu tôt pour des vacances en Italie). Par contre les navettes passent souvent (entre 2 à 5 min), pas des longues attentes. Mini-club super pour ma fille de 9 ans. Magnifique restaurant avec une vue imprenable.Nous avons bien mangé. Belle piscine avec l'eau salée. Personnel très aimable. L’hôtel nous a laissé faire le check-out à 14h00...j'ai apprécié beaucoup."

"Hotel was exactly as advertised. Immaculate, comfortable, lovely staff, breakfast was good (large selection but would have liked to see some new items daily), great location- concierge services top notch- were able to help with all sorts of reservations and planning. Honestly great stay!! Quiet and comfortable. also, easy parking which was a huge benefit!!"

"The property was beautiful but the service was severely lacking. I would personally not define this hotel as a 5 star but definitely a good 4 star. Upon arrival there were no welcome drinks or any sort of welcome. We arrived early (which we had let the hotel know in advance due to this being the only flight into the island that day) and they were not able to accommodate an early check in which is completely understandable but instead we had to follow up with them 30 mins after the time of our check in to find out the room had been available and they did not notify us as they said they would so we had just been sitting around waiting. Breakfast was good. The room cleaning was bare minimum, one night they forgot to do our beds and just turned on the night lights. We had an insane amount of ANTS in our room and when we told the front desk about the issue they responded with “it’s nature”. They ended up sending a guy to spray down the room from insects and when we came back to our room there was a pile of dead ants that they didn’t clean up. We also had to remind them 3/5 days to refill our room water. There is no service at the pool and the bar by the pool took extremely long to make your drinks. Overall all the guests we spoke to seem to have had mutual feels about the hotel and the service. Truly not worth the premium price."

"We loved everything about this place! The island itself is a true gem, with charming little coves and a beautiful town center. The hotel is perched on a mountaintop, with a stunning beach club built into the rocks. The pool is absolutely charming, surrounded by dramatic cliffs. Breakfast was our favorite part—it overlooks the pool and offers lovely outdoor seating. Honestly, one of the best hotel breakfasts we’ve ever had! The only thing I didn’t love was the gym, which is quite small. But other than that, everything was amazing. We would absolutely come back!"

"This place was great. It's all inclusive has a great gym, has a great pool, has great transportation down to local beaches. The night entertainment was fantastic. We really enjoyed ourselves here. The only thing I would say is the rooms are a little bit piccolo."
