The property has a small trail and private viewpoint, called Cagarros (seabird) trail, with frontal view of the sea and S. Jorge and to his left Santo Amaro, Praínha and the village of São Roque do Pico.

Small house that is situated relatively close to the sea, where you can enjoy peace and contact with nature. The house is simply and warmly decorated to make you feel at home. It is equipped with everything you need. It has a bed room, living room, bathroom, kitchen and terrace. The kitchen has an electric hob and oven, a fridge, a dishwasher, a microwave, a toaster, a coffee machine and an electric cafeteria. It has parking area and garden.

Wat een geweldige locatie en een geweldig huis. Het aparte is dat je 2 deuren hebt. De ene deur gaat naar zitkamer, slaapkamer en badkamer. De andere deur gaat naar keuken, 2de slaapkamer met badkamer ensuite. Dit maakt deze accommodatie ook leuk. Het terras en de tuin is echt geweldig. Verschillende zitjes, een hangmat, een bbq, een buitendouche. De tuin moet je wel goed ter been voor zijn ivm de rotsige ondergrond, maar wat heeft de eigenaresse er veel liefde in gestopt. Er staan kruiden en heel veel soorten planten. In het huis is ook van alles aanwezig zoals wasmiddel, kruiden, zout, douchegel e.d. s' Avonds hebben wij genoten van het aparte geluid van de rondvliegende vogels, de Cory Shearwater.
