Our room smelled like cigarette smoke. We were in room for approximately 1hour and cockroaches started coming out so we checked out. Barb at the front desk was very understanding and gave us a refund. 5 stars for Barb, 0 for the room.

The facility was nothing as it was depicted on Expedia. The outside condition of the building was unkept, the trash cans hadn’t been emptied in weeks, the stairs leading up to the second floor covered in mud. The bathroom area was dirty and there was feces left on the toilet seat that was overlooked and not cleaned. The facility was really being used as a housing area for local Immigrant workers.

Run down, disgusting
The hotel is run down. The bed is very hard and uncomfortable. The door was open to the room when I got to it. Everything is in ill repair. The sheets were only flat sheets. Not a fitted sheet on the bed. The comforter was absolutely disgusting. Old and terribly warn. Wholes in the wall. Just overall terrible conditions. If I could have gotten a refund I would not have stayed.

The pictures are false. The room had food and dirt stains all over the wall. The bedding had visible stains and the mattress smelled like urine. URINE!!! There was old soap covered in hair in the tub. My kids had black feet after taking a bath. I cried all night at how horrible this property was for $140!!!!

We drove 5 hours to get to this place. Once we checked in the front desk gave us the wrong room. Then when we finally was able to get the right room it was HORRIFIC! The walls, & floors were DIRTY! The door was not safely secured once locked. ROACHES were crawling on the floor! No wifi. The toilet was not stable. It rocked when you sat down. We will never visit this location again!

I really never stay at Motel 6. But i am traveling with my dog. The room was clean comfortable and better than some 200 rooms ive stayed in. Top comforter was stained and so i just used my own. But otherwise I'd stay here again.

This was my first experience with a Motel 6 where I was not happy with my stay. The room was absolutely dirty and in desperate need of basic cleaning and deep cleaning. I am positive that the linens were not changed between us and the previous quests. I literally didn’t want my feet to touch the ground. It was so filthy. Nasty, dried liquids on the floor by the bed that I don’t even want to think about what it was, pubic hair everywhere, dust on surfaces. Usually when people complain about the cleanliness I feel they are being over the top with their expectations and it’s usually based on decor. This place was appalling and the owners should be embarrassed to run a motel so dirty. The only thing going for this place was to the best of my knowledge there was no bed bugs. I am not one to ever complain about hotels. And this may be my first time to write a review based on a hotel experience.

Won't Stay Again
I really don't like leaving bad reviews but I feel like other travellers should be aware. I have stayed here several times but it seems it gets worse every time. I understand the last few years have been tough on hotels, but cleanliness is number one and doesn't require an investment. I will say they did work to help my issues but for a work trip there's not time for all of these issues. So the first room I checked into had visible dirt on the sheets. I'm talking about actual dirt, like the sheets got drug on the ground, dirt you could pick up with your hands. So they switched my room, the next one the floor tile was coming up, room was super dusty, actual HANDFULS of hair I had to clean up and not one but TWO dirty soap bars, one on the bathtub, one on the floor behind the door. Also holes in the bedspread, appear to be cigarette burns or just really old. The tv was not working and the clerk did attempt to fix it but was not able to. Then I realized at 10pm that there was no bathroom light. They offered me a 15% refund but it honestly isn't worth the hassle. I appreciate it is a lower cost hotel and some less than desireables are to be expected but cleanliness is paramount. I unfortunately will be staying somewhere else when I work in town going forward.

The staff was rude way overpriced for the conditions we stayed in. Room was not cleaned at all dirt on floor in tub sink. Just don’t stay there anyone who does deserves a refund. They would not even put out completely coffee I don’t know of any hotel that does not offer coffee but thanks to pilot we were saved
