The area around the property is clean and well maintained. The room was clean and the fixtures appeared to be updated. The pool area and the pool itself were enjoyable. Only downside was that I couldn't get WiFi internet access and a login page.

We needed somewhere to sleep and unfortunately this was our only option. Hotel is unsafe and dirty. The bathroom ceiling was covered in mold!! The air vent was extremely dusty and dirty. The headboards are dirty. It’s just BAD!!! The employees are very nice but that’s it!!! Everything else is just plain GROSS!!!!

Was advertised as newly renovated. Shower/tub pealing paint, no tables, no places to put my clothes. Floors were dirty enough to turn my white socks brown. Was charged a twice and had to file a fraud claim with my bank. Management is so very rude when when questioned about being charged twice.

We needed an assessable room and reserved one. We would like to give you some ideas for people who need assessable living space. 1. We need a firm bed. Our bed was way too soft. We need to be able to push off of the bed to transfer to a wheelchair. 2. We need a shower that we can use as well as our caregiver. The shower head needs to be on a slide as well as to be able to hand hold. 3. We need Handicap parking with a ramp. I have this hotel 5 stars because they tried. There was no handicap parking. We had to do a step up get on the sidewalk. It’s not too high but high enough to make it a problem for wheelchair use. Yes, it could be better. But you guys put some thought into it and tried to accommodate people who needed assessable living. Associates were very helpful and professional. We enjoyed our stay.
