A well equipped property in a quite location. The indoor and outdoor pools, sauna and jacuzzi were enjoyed by all. Stefan was very helpful and informative. We would recommend.

Great house with two pools in rural France
Eleven of us - aged 13 to 75 - had a wonderful week in this property deep in rural Dordogne, but only 5 miles from Gourdon. Big kitchen and dining room, plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. Big lounge with tv, pool table and table football, we had tournaments every day. Super indoor pool, great for kids and adults, plus an outdoor pool (unheated) not due to open until 12 June but at our request the owner kindly opened the pool on 1st June. Great pool for those 50 lengths before breakfast! We ate breakfast to the sound of crickets and Cuckoos. Highly recommended for family parties.

Very nice are and property. As per previous reviews the property needs a little Tlc but between the three families that used it we all had a great time. Communication with the owner was a little protracted prior to arrival but once there everything was very smooth and the property manager was quick to resolve any issues we had.

Great family stay. Highly recommend
The property is located in a small village called Nabirat which is about 30 mins away from Sarlat. If going there, make sure you get the right address from the owner and not the location on the advert. The property is tucked away in beautiful settings. There are no shops in the village but 15 mins away, there are shops for your groceries. My advice is to get groceries on your way or get it delivered. The property itself is beautiful as advertised and spacious. It was an ideal setting as we were 2 families with 6 children. The only negative I would say is you have to bring your own beddings and towels or pay for the privilege. That does not work if you are flying and or if you are a big group. There are beautiful historical villages around the river and it is worth visiting. All in all a beautiful holiday, in beautiful settings. The owner is very kind and communicated promptly with you as does his manager.

Niveau de prestations pas au rendez-vous
Nous avons passé une semaine dans cette maison. Le niveau de prestations n'est malheureusement pas au rendez-vous (rapport qualité/prix). - problème de température excessive du SPA et problème de PH de l'eau rendant l'utilisation quasi impossible (fond du SPA blanc nécessitant un nettoyage) - température de l'eau de la piscine et propreté pas au rdv - nous avons payé pour du bois de chauffage qui n'était pas présent (nous avons dû en acheter à nos propres frais) - problème de fuite d'eau des WC à l'étage - problème de prises électriques dans une chambre à l'étage - problème de luminaires défectueux à l'étage - problème de chauffage réglé toutefois en 24H - la douche de pluie du rdc était inutilisable en raison du calcaire Visiblement des travaux de rénovation ont été effectués avant notre arrivé mais les finitions n'ont pas été réalisées dans les règles de l'art. Cette maison qui a du cachet mais nécessite un meilleur entretien que pour justifier le prix de location pratiqué. Nous allons introduire une réclamation et une demande de remboursement partiel eu égard aux éléments ci-dessus.

We had a good stay in this property. Something for everybody! A check of the kitchen equipment is needed. Plancha was not clean. Drawers got stuck. But overall we recommend it.

Cette location est parfaite : - les explications pré location sont complètes - la propreté est parfaite - le propriétaire a bien expliqué le fonctionnement de la maison à l’arrivée - la literie est propre et très confortable ; idem pour les draps et serviettes louées - la cuisine est très fonctionnelle ; vaisselle et instruments culinaires sont en bon état et très suffisant - le salon est très grand : canapés confortables, billard et baby-foot très appréciés par toute la famille - les chambres son très grandes - les salles d’eau et wc sont propres, neuves ; l’eau est toujours chaude - la piscine chauffée et sous véranda a été le clou du séjour : très spacieuse et propre - le jacuzzi et le sauna sont formidables - la salle de douche avant la piscine est un vrai plus - le parc est bien entretenu : nous y avons fait une belle chasse aux œufs de Pâques ; la balançoire est bien pour les petits - la tranquillité est assurée sans passage de voitures - la situation de la propriété est excellente pour visiter châteaux et grottes dans un petit rayon de kms Vraiment, nous avons passé de superbes vacances à 10 personnes de 4 à 70 ans

superbe villa
Très belle maison adaptée et équipée pour accueillir une grande famille (8 adultes et 4 enfants). Gérant/propriétaire à l'écoute et très réactif. la maison ,l'extérieur, les piscines, babyfoot, billard ,table de ping-pong et les villages aux environs nous ont permis de passer d'excellentes vacances! nous la quittons avec regret et la recommandons les yeux fermes! merci et bonnes vacances aux prochains chanceux.

Excellent séjour
Très jolie maison, très bien équipée pour s'amuser ensemble (baby foot, billard, ping pong, piscines intérieur et extérieur, jacuzzi, sauna). Les chambres sont bien aménagées et suffisamment grandes. Grande cuisine ou toute la famille peut manger, différents emplacements extérieurs pour manger également. Très calme. Oui, il faut prendre sa voiture pour visiter, mais ce n'est pas contraignant. Les alentours sont riches en visites. Tout le monde a apprécié.

Cela aurait pu être parfait !
Propriété de charme mais malheureusement quelques défauts d'entretien : moquette extrêmement sale dans une chambre, coussin taché, plinthes qui tombent, mobilier défraîchi, vaisselle que nous avons relavée, 1 ampoule sur 5 sur un lustre, faïence qui tombe dans la douche du bas, etc.... Certes que des petiteschoses qui n'ont cependant pas trop gêné le plaisir de mes petits enfants de se retrouver le soir dans la piscine couverte !

Une propriété qui a des qualités mais aussi des manques Un cadre idéal, assez calme, en campagne. De l'espace, pas très loin des attraits touristiques. Jeux de billard, babyfoot appréciés, jacuzzi et piscine extérieure, ainsi que le sauna. Chambres confortables sauf la chambre enfant minuscule. A l'arrivée, nous trouvons dommage qu'il n'y ait pas un seul rouleau de papier toilette, ni aucun savon pour se laver les mains, surtout en période de COVID. Lumière des toilettes de l'étage ne marche pas, déjà signalé par le locataire de juin, non remplacée au cours du séjour, bien que cela ait été signalé. De même que la piscine couverte qui a tourné rapidement et qui est devenue inutilisable malgré que nous l'ayons signalé rapidement. Piscine extérieure un peu sale, terre au fond, Equipement intérieur de la maison médiocre, canapé vieillissant réparé avec un scotch, poêles inutilisables, équipement de cuisine manquants (pas de théière,, de râpe, de presse-agrumes), Clenches qui tombent. Moteur du jacuzzi proche de la chambre au sous-sol, gênant fortement le sommeil. Bonne qualité de l'Electro ménager lave linge, lave vaisselle, sèche linge et four très fonctionnels. Le propriétaire serait avisé de porter attention à ces différents points négatifs mentionnés, afin de permettre à ses locataires de jouir pleinement de leur séjour dans ce cadre agréable en rapport avec le coût du séjour.

Belle villa dans l'ensemble, un peu déçu de ne pas avoir su au moment de la réservation qu'il n'y aurait qu'un seul rouleau de papier toilettes pour 13 couchages, ni torchon, ni sel ni poivre ni huile ni vinaigre, ni tablette de lavage pour le lave vaisselle ni pour le lave linge, pas de lumière dans les WC de l'étage, aucune clé aux toilettes et salles de bains et plein d'autres petits inconvénients. Cette maison mériterait certaines réparations et traitement, la piscine intérieure est devenu verte très rapidement. Nous avons dû aller faire des courses le samedi soir en arrivant à 10 km. C'est dommage !! Cependant nous avons passé un bon séjour et je ne regrette pas la réservation.
