Everything was clean and the room was spacious. The staff were very nice! My only complaint is the elevator situation. Don’t be in a hurry to go anywhere because the 1st elevator barely works and the 2nd is out of order. Not ideal with a baby in a stroller.

Staff were professional and friendly and eager to assist - Valet, behind the desk, restaurant, bar, housekeeping, etc. Hotel is in a convenient location and within walking distance to river front, and many of the parks.
