"Love everything about this place. If you want a true home away from home this is the place. The only miss is streaming abilities for at night, but an extra hdmi to type C cable,and we were all set!"

"This is a great hotel in a rather run down town. The staff was very helpful in providing us with everything we needed and gave us good recommendations in the town. The hotel is very creative and comfortable in how they used its space. We were very content, including our dog."

"Great value for families! The welcoming staff, location (Lenox/Pittsfield border), spacious suite, and ample amenities made for a fantastic vacation. No free breakfast but there are several dining options and markets nearby. Gorgeous view of the sunset from the upper floors. There was a note of upcoming renovations so looking forward to what else they have in store. "
