"Very basic rooms and unwelcoming reception staff: Swan tower Novo Hamburgo is said to be a 4 star hotel from the outside and in the lobby but it lacks the very basic room amenities such as a bathrobe, a pair of disposable slippers, an iron and a simple coffee jug- no 4am coffee lol unless you called over the phone (paid extra) and that would probably be a bother understandably. Bar looked amazing but it was a real struggle to get anyone to help. Always empty and unattended. Rooms were VERY basic...

"Tive uma estadia agradável neste hotel. A localização é excelente, com fácil acesso a pontos turísticos, restaurantes e transporte público. Os quartos são confortáveis, limpos e bem equipados, oferecendo um bom nível de privacidade e silêncio para descansar.

"Uso com certa frequência os hotéis da rede 10, mas infelizmente pela segunda vez na unidade de São Leopoldo a hospedagem não foi legal, dessa vez cofre sem funcionar, me trocaram de apto, o que me mandaram estava em pior condições, além do cofre tb sem funcionar, o chuveiro não funcionava, atendimento dos funcionários precário, percebia-se falta de experiência, no período noturno ainda pior, não conseguiam solucionar assuntos de fácil trato.
Espero que a unidade de São Leopoldo consiga se...

"We truly loved everything about our stay at Fioreze Family Hotel! The location is perfect, with easy access to all the main spots in the city. We were traveling as a family of four—my wife, our two kids, and I—and this was the only hotel we found (even compared to big names like Marriott in São Paulo) that offered a room with a queen bed plus two twin beds, all in the same space. That made a huge difference for us. The amenities were excellent across the board. But what really stood out—and made the experience unforgettable—was the incredible hospitality of the entire staff, from the valet team to housekeeping.
