Apartment in a great location with a beautiful balcony, on the Ammersee

2-room attic apartment, recently renovated, with double bedroom and living room with pull-out couch. 1 large bathroom with bathtub. Balcony with a nice view. 2 private parking spaces in front of the house, which can be used. New kitchen with stove, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, pots and dishes.
I offer free WiFi and the use of a 40 inch TV, along with Xbox One, which can be used for games and DVDs.
Bedding and towels are provided.
The surrounding area is very beautiful, from the lake to the hiking trails and the view of the Alps and it is waiting to be discovered. In the apartment you will find catalogs with excursion tips.
Please note that there is a bathtub in the bathroom that can only be used when sitting while showering. A bath seat can be used for this.

Oktober Fest
Localisation idéale pour visiter Munich. A 5 minutes à pied de la gare, à 45 minutes de Munich Hbf. Petite copropriété très calme dans un quartier résidentiel. Appartement très agréable malgré les pièces en sous-pente et surtout très propre et bien décoré. Vue magnifique depuis le balcon. Très beau séjour.

Gemütliches Apparment, tolle Lage für Ausflüge, der Balkon lädt zum Frühstück ein, Einkaufsmoglichkeiten um die Ecke, bequemes Bett, für große Personen kann die Duschsituation etwas unbequem werden. Kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Sehr schön. Der Ort ist ruhig, die Wohnung liegt zentral. Nahe Bahnhof, Einkaufmöglichkeiten, Restaurants. Zum See gelangt man mit einem kurzen Spaziergang. Tolle Rad- und Wanderwege. Alles was man braucht um mal ein wenig abzuschalten. Gute Verbindungen mit der Bahn ob nach Augsburg, München usw. sehr angenehm

Ruhig und trotzdem mittendrin
Eine schöne kleine Wohnung. Sie liegt in einer sehr angenehm ruhigen Nachbarschaft. Und trotzdem sind es zu Fuß immer nur wenige Schritte zum See, Restaurants und Supermarkt. Zum Glück waren die Nächte noch kühl denn die Dachwohnung heizt sich schnell auf. Klasse ist der Parkplatz vor dem Haus. Unser Urlaub am Ammersee war auch dank dieser Unterkunft sehr entspannend.

Schnuckelige kleine gut eingerichtete Wohnung im DG. Ruhige und doch sehr zentrale Lage. Zum See ca. 400 m. Einziger kleiner Minuspunkt. Alte Stahl Kochplatten und schlechte Pfanne und Töpfe. (wackeln auf den Herdplatten). Alles Andere fanden wir ok. Gerne auch mal wieder!

ruhige Lage-kurze Wege zu Gastronomie-sehr zu empfehlen ist das Restaurant "Schondorf" am Bahnhof! Edeka und Bäcker sehr nah. Schönes Cafe am See. Gepflegte MinigolfAnlage-tolle Radwege am See entlang!

Ordentliche Lage zwischen Bahnhof und Ammersee, aktuell nicht ganz leise, weil nebenan gebaut wird, aber das wird sich bald gegeben haben. Ordentliche bis gute Möblierung, nette Nachbarn. Empfehlenswert

Größer Parkplatz vorm Haus, gemütliche, kleine, gutausgestattete Wohnung, nah am See. Sehr ruhig. Viel Infomaterial in der Wohnung. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.
