You enter the property through an enchanting and quiet garden. Some stone steps lead down to the house (not barrier-free!). To the right of your access is a small, babbling brook. The property is located in 35m as the crow flies to the Ammersee. It is a 10-minute walk to the dock of the steamer.

The apartment, which you reach via a staircase, has a separate entrance on the first floor. It consists of two bright rooms, has a total of 70 square meters and offers a generous view of park-like gardens from the clerical window of the studio. Up to 4 people plus toddler (cot available) can be easily found here. A small gallery in the living room has a desk and is accessible via a wooden ladder. The large living-dining room is open and spacious. In the rear area there is a pull-out, comfortable sofa bed with a spacious sunbathing area. TV, stereo with radio and free Wi-Fi are of course available. The living room includes a fully equipped kitchen with oven, ceramic hob, fridge, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle and toaster. Tea, coffee, spices and oil are available and included for the guests. A bottle of water, wine and a little fruit are ready for your arrival. Through the hallway leads to the bright bedroom with a comfortable bed with a bed surface of 180 cm x 200 cm and a large wardrobe. The subsequent daylight bathroom with shower, sink and toilet is also bright and spacious. The equipment includes towels, a hair dryer and toiletries.
The apartment is equipped with beautiful and decorative pictures. In the bookshelf you will find a lot of literature worth reading and board games. In front of the apartment there is a seat in the courtyard garden with table and comfortable garden chairs near the solar-powered brook. The parking space for your car is in front of the property. You can store your bicycles in a lockable garage.
Pets are not allowed.

In the immediate vicinity are in the village a baker and butcher, a well-equipped supermarket and a pharmacy, as well as various medical practices. In the health resort Schondorf there are several restaurants, three of which are located on the lake. There is an ice cream shop and a pizzeria. At Wilhelm-Leibl-Platz is a nice café with outdoor seating. The place is named after the painter Wilhelm Leibl, who lived and worked here until 1877. Strandbad Forster is popular with holidaymakers and locals. The gastronomy offers fresh fish from the lake, handled by the chef himself. At the Fischer Schwarz you rent sailboats and rowboats. At the Gastl near the steamer dock there are electric boats to rent. At the steamer dock, you can board the boat and take a beautiful lake cruise. On the promenade there is the mini golf course and a game ship for children in original size. In Schondorf there is a train station. Around the Ammersee you can make wonderful cycling tours.
