“We asked the staff to help us with a delicate issue and change the bed sheets. We asked her nicely and she appeared to write our room number down. After a long trip and back our room was the same as we left. We got back and asked the front desk clerk for sheets. “This was the filthiest hotel/motel I’ve ever stayed at. I would have left without a refund (since I had prepaid based on good reviews) in a heartbeat but it was very late in a small town and I was too exhausted to drive somewhere else. The room was gross. I just prayed I wouldn’t end up with bedbugs and tried to get some rest. The floor/carpet was filthy stained and not vacuumed. “Booked it for the pool. Got there, pool is completely empty, but pictures show a nice kept pool. Tv remote didn't work, stuck on the Spanish channel. Called and waited for someone to come, unfortunately they came the minute after we left to go to a store. AC barely got cool. At the end of the stay my son lost something so we took blankets and pillows off only to find an old room key in the sheets. Just EWWW!!!”
