Good bed and good pillows. We were on the quiet side, which was great. Would love to see secure parking, but did not have any trouble.

We were put into a hearing accessible room instead of a wheelchair accessible room. We had to change rooms. Accessible rooms were on the 3rd and 4th floor far from the elevator access. The road noise was terrible. We were told that there would be no servicing on the room for our two day stay

The location was quiet, staff was great and rooms were ample and clean. The only negative is that the property,while highly visible from I405, is extremely difficult to find.

Wonderful stay, Hilton Garden Inn Seattle/Bothell
Wonderful stay at this hotel. Spacious room, free underground parking, curteous check-in staff, and quiet room too! Very convenient access to nearby freeways and yet, a sense of being away from it all at their location, it will be a great stay, even excellent restaurants nearby as well.

Overall very good
All the staff here were so pleasant and helpful. I can’t complement the front desk staff enough. The only negative was the pool was out of order and the fitness center did not have supplies to clean machines after use.

Multiple options for food within walking distance. Very close to where I needed to go for the weekend while in town. Friendly and efficient service from hotel staff. Great accommodations for the price. I highly recommend this hotel for a good value and a nice place to stay with family and or friends.

The 2x Queen beds we booked was not available as we were changed to a different 1x king bed for ‘room balancing’. This was not what was selected and causes problems and frustration. Very poor reception on how to handle the situation.

This beautiful location makes visitors feel like they are in a small forest hideaway. The staff is extremely helpful, going above and beyond to accommodate guests. The pool & exercise room are great perks, and the lovely lobby is nice to sit in when you need quiet time. It’s definitely the only place I will stay should I return to Bothell, Wa!!

Check in was fine, paid online When we checked in she said we need to run your card in case you wish to purchase beverages, no charge unless you purchase something (we did not purchase anything) they charged my card a fee After I asked her if they did or not, she said NO. No charge Will not stay again Cannot be trusted

I'm sorry that we didn't communicate the incidental hold more clearly at check in. Any unused funds are released back to the bank at the time of check out. If you still haven't received your funds I would suggest contacting your back as we wouldn't want you to think we are taking money that we aren't owed.

We were somewhat bothered because we had to ask for clean towels and our room was not cleaned or clean linen provided automatically since we had reservations for seven nights. On top of it all, a card was left twice for us to provide a tip. Being senior citizens we requested a room close to elevator instead we were given a room at the end of two hallways. Other than that we were happy.

Overall- pretty good
Over all the hotel was pretty good. Staff were great and provided great service. The lobby in hotel were really clean. I wasn't really impressed with the breakfast especially having to pay extra for it. It was a typical complimentary breakfast that you would expect get at most other hotels but at an added cost.
