My parents and kids stayed here for a month in April. Unfortunately it wasn't the most pleasant stay. But first the good things: the apartment was very clean, the neighborhood is lovely and Abraham was very responsive to our requests.
Now for the unfortunate parts. The biggest issue was that there was an ongoing remodel in the unit above this apartment, which meant banging and construction noise all day, debris in front of the property, workers parking in the spot that's supposed to come with the property, and internet disruptions. I feel like Abraham should have disclosed his remodeling plans to me prior to booking or as soon as known. I would have tried to make other arrangements. Another thing is that the kitchen is not very well setup. We asked for some essentials, which Abraham ordered right away, but if you plan on cooking much during your stay, you will probably find it very sparse. Note that the kitchen doesn't have a window that opens so ventilation during cooking is only via the fan. Finally the unit floor plan is very long and narrow E-W, which means significant temp differences on a sunny day. There are individual AC controls in every room to mitigate.
Overall, I appreciate the efforts of the host when we asked for things but we won't be coming back.
