“The property was amazing I loved the palm trees and all the seating they had around . They had a nice bar / restaurant they made the best mojitos. They also had a gym the room I had was kind of small for two people though use to bump my arm against the tv and the bed was small for two .
They had towels to go to the beach you had to go across the bridge and go on the other side they are chairs there and umbrellas. They also had a very good bakery next door which I loved . The staff was so……

“I'll start with positives: room was cleaned every day. Food at the restaurants was good.
The cleanliness of the pool and surrounding area was definitely a big issue. We got to the hotel and Thursday night and Friday pool was very clean but after that it wasn't touched. By Monday you had plastic cups sunk at the bottom of the pool, lots of sand, napkins floating etc. I brought it up on Saturday to the staff with the hopes that they would clean it but we left the property without anyone touching……

“Honest review. Me and my daughter had the bunk beds room for 4 nights in March. Upon opening the door we could not fit our carry ons without some struggle. The distance from the bed to the wall is barely 20inches, we are both under 120 pound, and short. For 4 days one of our cases was under the bed, the other one under the bathroom sink... No storage space. Every single piece of clothing was damp at the end of our trip, no moisture control. You can't see the tv from the lower bed, and the air……
