“The stay is quite pleasant. Wi-fi is not working in rooms. We have to get close to the lobby in order to get the Wi-fi.”

“Goed en zeer vriendelijk Hotel. Je zit zo weer op de snelweg. Het enige jammere vind ik, dat je er niet kan dineren. ”

“Wir (2 Personen, 1 Hund) haben für 3 Nächte das „Klein-und-Kultig“- Zimmer bewohnt. Wie der Name verspricht, ist das Zimmer klein. Das empfanden wir aber eher als positiv. Die Einrichtung ist mehr als durchgeplant und super smart. Stauraum ist mehr als genug vorhanden und auch das Bett ist sehr bequem. Die Dame der Rezeption war, wie das gesamte Personal, überaus freundlich. Das hoteleigene Restaurant (Castello) bietet eine kleine aber sehr leckere Auswahl an Speisen. Zum Frühstück gibt es……

“Super friendly and helpful front desk. Breakfast is very good and full of variety. Great location as well. Easily access to old town area. Plenty of restaurant and department stores around. “We stayed at hotel weisses kreus for 5 nights. It was a very pleasant accommodation experience. In addition to the rich breakfast, the owner was friendly and the staff was great. Another thing worth mentioning is that the cleanliness of the bedding, cups and plates was rare in my 30 years of travel. It is an excellent hotel and worth recommending. If I return to Innsbruck, weisses kreus is definitely the only choice.”
