Comfortable hotel
Lovely hotel with a big spacious bedroom and well arranged bathroom. Good basin and roomy shower. Breakfast not too bad with bacon and eggs in addition to normal fare. Lots of outdoor space to relax in. Away from the busy centre but just a short walk to all the shops and restaurants.

Extremely comfortable! Nice bed and linens, perfect room temperature with new A/C, excellent breakfast and friendly staff. It was small, but it was so nicely organized that it didn’t feel small. It was really a pleasure staying here.

Stayed there for one night as a stop over. The weather was exceptional warm and the rooms therefore were very warm too. The hotel offers a nice breakfast which can be taken on the terrace of the little park. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Nice mid-range hotel
We arrived very early for our stay after an exhausting overnight plane trip and subsequent car ride. We were accommodated (almost) immediately. Seeing that we had a lot of luggage, we were "upgraded" to a larger room at no additional cost. We slept gratefully for most of the rest of the day. We enjoyed the spacious room, recently renovated and attractively decorated. The (large) bath was very nice, convenient and up-to-date. The hotel is near the riverfront which is very attractive with recently added paving, lights, plantings and amenities to make for a pleasant stroll. An added plus is the proximity to the outstanding restaurant la Madeleine, an easy walk across the bridge to the island in the Yonne.

Great location
Enjoyed our one night stay here in a comfortable room with all amenities and a good breakfast. Were able to check in early which was a bonus and location was very good, close to restaurants, markets and the cathedral.

This hotel took a bit of finding due to it being in a bus station. However the location was very convenient, a short walk to every thing you might want to see in Nimes.

Excellent hotel for the price, easy walk to the old town center. Staff were very friendly, wireless worked, bathrooms and rooms were in good shape, sort of a modern styling. Rooms not large, but sufficient.

Overall very good. The staff was pleasant and spoke English well. Breakfast in the morning was good with a wide selection of items. This was a continental breakfast. I arrived late and cannot comment on the surrounding area or access to restaurants.

One night visit
Arrived in a downpour, really appreciated the hotel umbrellas available in reception. Sens was busy with a weekend of musical events, there were a lot of people in the hotel but everything worked efficiently even breakfast with a departing coach of guests.

Disappointing and overpriced
We were disapointed with our stay: the Receptionist was very unwelcoming. She was absent from her desk when we arrived and took some minutes before presenting herself. She gave no apology for her absence and was brief and cursury in her dealings with us. Our room was cramped and small with minimal facilities. For breakfast the following morning we found it to be entirley self service whith no other human presence. The price of the room was much higher than we paid in other hotels during our ten day visit to France where we enjoyed warm welcomes, bigger and better rooms, more help at breakfast - all for much lower prices.

Excellent séjour. Hôtel très bien situé près du centre historique de Sens, facilement accessible à pieds. Accueil chaleureux, chambre confortable et très propre. Parking gratuit.
