I would go elsewhere.
I don't think it was 59m2 floor space. Furniture was aged and room was little unpleasant. Good location and easy access. I'll pass next time.

Dirty and disappointing
Pro - kitchen - laundry washing facilities - spacious for family 4(2 adults; 2 tweens) -location to subway and affordable eateries -24 hr. e-mart downstairs Cons - very dirty (mould, hair found in drawers,dusty,etc.) - needs a significant face lift/over haul - kitchen --no tea towels, dish sponge,etc. ) -noisy in evening 'till 3 am because of night clubs near by For price of what we paid better value at other properties in Gangnam or closer to city hall area where many tourist attractions are located and subway lines.

This hotel was very well situated for my needs. The check-in and check-out were a breeze. I would stay here again if I have business again near the area.

This room match with you are want to small cooking
The room is clean and have another condition ex. Microwave, electric stove so this room you can mix your small food. For location is good.

A value for your money
It was a pleasant stay. The room was spacious, although a little bit outdated. Cleanliness wise, I must give it a 3 out of 5. But every thing else was great! I had a wonderful stay. The hotel is close to every hip thing in Gangnam.

Really convenient location
The hotel has a 24hr convenience store on the ground floor as well as a well recommended restaurant. It’s close to Gangnam station which will let you easily explore the city via subway. The room is a bit dated but clean and well maintained

Reception and Housekeeper are so nice, There was some people smoke at non-smoking area. At Bath room, shower area did not enclose so water came outside.

Good location near Kang-Nam
The location is very good for public transportation, food, and shopping. Minutes walk to Kang-Nam main street. Room condition was moderate fit to prices. Not enough space for guest parking, further, parking manager was annoying for my late check-in.

Everything went well with my 17 day stay. Staff helpful. All convenieces within the hotel or close by. Room cleaned everyday. Would not hesitate to use again or recommend to others pending cost of accomodation of course I got a good deal

Bathroom needs to be updated or cleaned better. Hallway outside the room smelled like bleach. The room was way too hot, 88 degrees when I got in. Wall unit AC was unplugged for the season with the remote to it taken out as well. The TV turned on but I couldn’t get any channels. I don’t really watch TV didn’t bother me too much. Staff did what they could, which I appreciate. Overall not bad for the price and location. Don’t know about 3.9 stars..

Smelly and dusty hotel that is being abandoned by
NEGATIVE: While the building is fairly new, this hotel feels as it has been abandoned by the management and cleaning staff. Upon check-in, I was allocated a room with a horrible smell of the recycling facilities. Towels have been extremely dirty probably left unchanged for weeks. Also, you can see how tall cleaning staff is, as dust higher up on the doors remained untouched. When immediately complained of the room condition, when I was willing to cancel and move elsewhere, management have upgraded me to a suite, which is very good of them. New room/suite has been better. At least, there was no horrible rotting smell inside. In general, there are no coffee/teas making facilities and you are expected to take care of it yourself. Finally, breakfast choice is extremely poor and all is too oily. POSITIVE: Management have appreciated the condition of the first room and have upgraded me. Laundry facilities inside. Location of the hotel is great. Close to subway and buses.

Hotel/Cotel was in a good location but not so clean rooms Also Sim noice from the street and construction ongoing next door. The sofa was broken The soap holders was not cleaned, just new soap bars put on. There was mold in the shower in the corners. Floor cleaning was done very quickly by the cleaner, too quickly to become clean :-) Mirrors and glasses was never cleaned during the 4 days stay we were there. Restaurant was under restoration, but that's ok. But, all in all we liked the place and will come back if we know it is cleaned more up, the hotel deserves good score, but generally cleaning needs some guidance

Homey hotel in a great location.
A bit run down with some neighbors (families included) who seem to stay there for an extended period. However, it's at a great location with hustle and bustle of the town where there is abundance of great local restaurants at an affordable price and choices. The room was spacious with stove, washing machine and and a good size fridge even though the frying pan was scratched up and couldn't really function well. Overall the amenities were useful. Enjoyed the spa and gym in the basement even though it was at an extra cost, it was at a reasonable market price. The lobby did not have a sofa for guests to wait comfrotably but parking was validated at discount for the guests. Overall, the place was a good experience and I might come back for a similar 9 nights stay.

Room was large for the price category and overall was alright. Signs of age in the rooms are evident but for the price it was fine. I did however not receive enough towels once i checked in. i think it was a mistake by housekeeping and i only received two small towels instead of two small and two large and a spare. They quickly got some more for us.

Decent suite style hotel
Very spacious rooms with good bedding and kitchenette area (was able to cook a nice dinner with no problems). Bathroom as a little dated, and the shower head wasn't working properly, but no major issue. Overall, I would definitely visit again for the price.

Perfect, quiet location and excellent staff!
The staff were so nice and were able to provide our every need (rice cooker, travel adapter, tape, towels, and direction). The room has a decent sized refrigerator and a kitchen with all the pots, plates, and silverware which is very convinent. The location is generally quiet, air is crisp compared to other locations, and it is close to the subway station/taxi/restaurants. The reason for a 4-star overall is because of the smell of body odor from the bed and walls. We sprayed lavender and peppermint oil for the first few days and the smell was durable. Everything else was perfect and I would stay here again!

Another stay in Gangnam Seoul
Yes. I chose a special deal from Hotels.com and found it was not special at all. I stayed the residence next door before and regret not to stay there. In Coatel you may have a room which you can't open curtains for 2 weeks because next commercial building is just 5 meters away as well as you may hear dogs barking at midnight because this building is mixed of owner residents and seviced residence. You will be very lucky if you have not the bathroom with plenty of moulds... And I wish you can find any staff who is greeting you in the morning when you see them...
