The room was really nice and clean. The staff was also kind and spoke English perfectly. Even though it’s on a busy street the room wasn’t noisy, though we were on the eighth floor. I don’t stay in hotels very often but I’d definitely book more hotels with this company in the future. The amenities were also good. It’s very close to the station so it’s easy to get around the area.

This hotel was a disappointment for us. It feels more like a motel inside of a large building with the facade of being a slightly upscale hotel under the Lotte banner. The wow factor begins and ends at the lobby. The rooms itself were lacking space, dated, and it felt dirty with multiple stains on old carpets. The HVAC also seems lacking as the rooms never truly get cold, so after a long day out, you return to a lukewarm room with soggy sheets. On the positive note, the staff and service we received were impeccable. They're extremely patient, with a good command of multiple languages, and not once were we told "no" by the staff. Overall, this hotel fell short for us, and was not worth the price. Other than the impeccable staff, it felt like we stayed at an airport motel chain.

No pool which was disappointing but cheaper than Lotte Seoul and still walking distance to Myeongdong . Elevators were very slow. We did not try breakfast buffet as there were lots of eating options nearby. The room was the smallest we’ve stayed in during our trip to Korea which included Lotte City Jeju island and Lotte Busan. Probably would spend more money if we’re back in future to Seoul and return to the Lotte Seoul hotel which is a beautiful hotel and a worthy splurge!
