Comfortable cabin with an amazing view. We needed a handicap ramp for a sister who visited during the day, so this cabin was a great choice. The host communicated well, and promptly addressed a few small issues that we had.

The Good: views were amazing and location was great and communication was good from hostThe Bad: this unit needs a major update. The decks more so the top on is almost scary to step on the boards bow and they’re cracked, the middle level deck is rotted on the main post. Now when we first got there and opened the microwave the door fell apart in our had, the host did have a counter microwave delivered fast which was a good thing. We had a major ac issue where the top and middlel level wouldn’t cool below 80 this was also attempted to be addressed by the host but now for the fun the leaks. The ac unit leaked into the third floor bathroom we had to use all towels we had to clean up that mess when we called the host he didn’t send someone the first night and said it would be checked once we can expect our after I contacted again he sent someone that went to where the leak was and released 35 gallons of water into the bathroom that leaked into second floor bath and the lower lever bedroom onto the bed. Housekeeping didn’t come clean but deliver a trash bag of new towels while we were out. We missed out on a dinner show due to the issues and waiting for people past 11pm to show up. The place is dirty. After missing things on our vacation no comp issues by host just an I’m sorry. Major issues some safety issues. Beware.

Awesome cabin with awesome views

Fuzzy bear cabin is an awesome cabin sitting on top of the mountain overlooking pigeon Forge. It’s a great cabin for families. The host Steven was very easy to work with especially when a problem came up with the hot tub. He had it fixed within a day and a half. We were going to bring it dogs but we decided not to. There is no way to get down to the backyard to let the dogs out you have to walk them in a leash. But for the most part everything was great.

Wonderful property

The Fuzzy Bear Cabin was a great experience to the Smokey Mountains. All 3 decks has spectacular views. We even had a fireworks show every night from Dollywood. (Totally unexpected) The cabin was clean & the beds were comfortable! The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, pots/pans & dinnerware. No pot holders but I had a work around for that. :-) It was a great experience. No complaints from anyone. (Ages 15-75 yrs old) Would highly recommend!

Filthy and Unmaintained

Arriving to the property at first glance, everything looked great. Upon going to the different rooms, light bulbs were burned out, couches and furniture was dated with holes / scratches on them. All the deck furniture is warped and has splinters or loose wood all over it. The showers were lined with black mildew and the bathrooms did not have the amenities described in listing. The loft whirlpool/tub leaks through the ceiling of the kitchen. The entire wall of windows on the main floor leaked an excessive amount when it rained one day. The deck boards on all three decks had loose boards and nails exposed.
