Great location
Location was ideal. Parking definitely a plus. Not their fault washing machine broken. A laundromat card was greatly appreciated. Only issues were bathroom door unable to open all the way, could use blackout curtains in the bedroom ( light from courtyard bright) and some more info on the area would be useful. Really enjoyed our stay. Thanks.

Walking distance to all major attractions in Seville. Comes with parking, but the drive to the parking garage was stressful due to narrow & one way streets. There is a music academy around the corner; lovely to hear. Easy to communicate with host. Only recommendation we have is fluffier towels!

Convenient location
The property was found as described. The location was perfect for touring Seville by foot. It has 1 nice Corte Ingles store with supermarket and another nice size supermarket, both 1 block away. Plenty of coffee/lunch/tapas/dinner estaishments within a few minutes walk. Close to the mayor attractions. The washer and undergrownd parking were pluses the we were looking for. Apt has everything needed if you want to rest, cook up something and relax. Plenty of hot water and the bed is comfortable. Would recommend for a Seville stay.

Excellent place to stay.
The host was extremely nice and cooperative in every way. She accommodated us for parking earlier than anticipated. Though a bit small in size, the place is very clean and perfect for our party of three persons. Also worth mentioning is the fact that once you park your car, you do not need it anymore as absolutely everything is well within walking distance from the apartment. You need to WALK Seville to appreciate its many features: tiny streets and boutiques, great historic places like the Cathedral, the Alcazar & Giralda Bell Tower, the central market with its numerous stores of all kinds and sizes. In sum, a great thank you to out host, Angustias who was tremendous. Muchas gracias por todo.

An amazing host in not so amazing times!
First off, the photos exactly represent the property. The apartment was perfect and in a wonderful location. It’s a little difficult to find (as likely everything in Sevilla is to a tourist!), but Angustias was awesome and helped us right into the parking garage. Most importantly, we arrived in Sevilla on March 11. Within 72 hours, things were starting to shut down. We were due to check out on the 14th regardless, but we want to thank Angustias for all of her suggestions and recommendations regarding the rest of our trip. Her support was much appreciated during a very anxious time. She is an exceptional host and I can’t recommend her and her lovely property enough! ❤️

CLEAN updated flat in a quiet and secure building. Walking distance to busses, ho ho (don’t bother), big taxi stand, and many of the places you want to see including shopping and all sorts of restaurants. Remember to plug in the city of Seville NOT the village into your GPS , and enjoy...we did.

Great base for exploring Seville
This accommodation puts you within blocks of several major roads and sites in Seville. Loved the courtyard, so very Spanish. Angustias was very responsive; when we had trouble finding the unit she met us and led us in, even though it was late at night. Underground parking was included and very appreciated. The car could stay there our whole stay as so much is accessible on foot. Because the apartment is central, there was some noise from enthusiastic revellers one night but not the second night. I highly recommend Seville, this apartment, and Angustias as host.

Clean, cozy and comfy home base
Lovely place to stay and enjoy Seville. Walking distance to local spots and tourist bus. Clean and fun apartment decor. Great amenities like clothes washer and full kitchen. Easy check in meet up was prompt and helpful. Had some slow and intermittent times with WiFi but it is free and available. Only real downside of our stay was that one of the days we experienced loud construction noise in the apartment next door from 8am on. Otherwise it was seamless and enjoyable.

Everything here is just perfect. The apartment is centrally located from everything. It’s within walking distance from the Cathedral and the city center. Augustias was wonderful, she met us for the check in. The apartment is so clean. The private parking was perfect, we never had to worry. We will definitely be coming back to Sevilla and staying here. Angustias met us for check-in and check-out to explain everything and help us with parking. The parking lot was safe and convenient. The apartment was clean, spacious, and had a lovely patio that opened up into a courtyard giving the whole apartment an open, bright, and lovely Spain feel!

Fantastic 1 bedroom in Sevilla!
My husband and I loved our stay in Sevilla in the flat of Angustia. It was clean, spacious, firm (most are in Spain as per our experience) but comfortable bed! The shower door is a bit tricky to manage, but the washing machine was PERFECT and much needed at this point in our vacation!! The location was perfect for exploring Sevilla on foot and the fact that it is off the street and facing a small courtyard made it a more quiet place to stay. Parking was dedicated, communication went flawlessly (thank you translator app) and NO noise from above even though this was a first floor unit!!! We loved it and hope to come back. Thank You Angustia!!

Lovely and comfortable apartment
We had a very pleasant experience staying at Angustias' apartment. It was very clean and comfortable, situated within walking distance of many historic locations and convenient to drive to. Angustias and her brother were very helpful and made every effort to ensure we go there without trouble and felt at home. Her instructions and directions were very clear and helpful. They gave us recommendations for places to eat and how best to to get to places and save time travelling around Andalusia. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Great location
Location within easy walking distance of Seville's main attractions. Angustias was a very good host both in advance of our arrival and on check-in. Apartment very clean and quite well equipped. Onsite parking was a plus. Only 3 channels (all Spanish) on the TV, but who wants to watch TV when you;re in the great city of Sevilla? Small hot water tank but adequate for our needs as a couple.

We, a family of four - the “children” aged 24 and 22, have stayed in this flat for two nights. We have enjoyed our stay in Seville very much. The flat was very clean and the location could not have been better. We were able to walk to all the places we liked to see and as the car was safely parked in the private parking - coming with the flat - we had not to bother about that either. There was no problem in receiving or giving back the keys. Angustias arranged everything perfectly - and we were even allowed to let the car in the parking on the day of our departure so that we could have another stroll through the city. The sleeping arrangements (the “children” had to sleep on two single beds placed additionally in the kitchen-living space) were no problem for us as a family but had we have been here with friends it would have felt a little bit awkward. We really enjoyed our stay in Seville and if we ever came again we would definitely like to stay here once more.

Super apartment in great neighbourhood.
Had a lovely stay in the apartment. It was a perfect size for my husband and I and it was very clean and well equipped. The apartment was in a great neighbourhood with lovely tapas bars around and it was a short 15 minute stroll to the centre of the city. Another bonus was the parking garage under the apartment.
