"This is a throwback to the days of motels that you drive your car up to your room. It has been nicely updated and was a welcome option to having to roll luggage into a multi-storied modern hotel. The staff was reasonably welcoming and informative. "

"Our first room had serious hygiene issues, including insects and visible mold in the shower. My wife had to go to our friend’s room to take a shower in order to make it on time to our reservation. After reporting this to the front desk we were moved to the second room; however, this room has extremely poor water pressure, making the shower unusable. We returned to our room late at night and tried to take a shower and found out that water pressure was too low. It was too late to move to a different room or go to a friend’s room. I reported this as well to the front desk the next morning. We had a very frustrating and unpleasant experience. The employee at the front desk who by the way was very professional and helpful, told me that he will leave a note on the account to someone from the management call us after the weekend but no one has contacted us yet. I have left voicemails and sent emails with videos attached and the manager Vincent Gary is refusing to contact me."
