Absolutely a great experience staying at Moller Villa Hotel. This hotel is a very precious existence when most of the the modern hotels in China all look the same. Room is big and it looks better than I thought when I checked it at the lobby because the lobby is quite small. The decors in the room are artistic.
An outdated heritage hotel. However, if you were born in Shanghai 30years ago, you should stay in this hotel for a night, at least. It is just outside of metro station People's Square. Close to everything and it was the tallest building in Shanghai for 50 or 60 years.
