“It was a perfect location for our daily plans. The owner was very responsive to our needs ”

“First, I would like to thank the owner for allowing my family to stay at the property during our trip to Boston. The home has potential, and the appliances were modern and very nice.Unfortunately, the overall experience did not meet our expectations based on the listing. The exterior yard and deck area were dirty and unkempt, with trash, old liquor bottles, and even gum stuck to the patio table. The outdoor furniture was dirty and partially broken, making the space unusable for our family...

“Sink Faucet in the main bathroom was wobbly, had difficulty turning on cold tap. Wall paint in main bathroom was peeling off. Parking was not that great . We have to park in the street after 7pm if you want free parking. We ended up staying in the property from4pm til 7pm so we can secure the spot where we were parked. We were afraid there won’t be available parking spot if we leave our parking spot. I don’t feel like the bedsheets were freshly laundered. My pillow case doesn’t smell like it was...

“Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing, and the unit was not worth the price. The shared bathroom was dirty and poorly maintained, with no soap, unreliable lighting and a malfunctioning blow dryer. There were also not enough towels for guests. Instructions for the keypad were missing, making access less convenient. The back porch was littered with garbage and construction debris, which made the property feel neglected. The bedrooms lacked basic furniture, including chairs and end tables....

“The home was perfect for our party of 8 people for a week long baseball tournament! We especially appreciated the two living room spaces (teenagers downstairs and adults upstairs), the super easy street parking and three full bathrooms. The host is super responsive and the communication was clear. I highly recommend this home.”

“Location was great. Enjoy your stay.”

“The property is very nice once you get inside. It is large and well-stocked. However the stairs in the front are very difficult to navigate, especially if you have luggage. Also there is nothing much within walking distance and is not in a great neighborhood, one Uber driver commented that I was brave to stay there. Also there is a cleaning fee, but the guest is required to take out the trash and wash all dishes.”

“We had a great visit and the house gave us everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The rooms were nicely furnished and the bedrooms were spacious. The location was convenient for accessing the bus and the subway. The host was very friendly and responsive. We hope to visit again!”

“Overall, it is a nice place. The proximity to the Metro is fantastic. Nice rooms and space. The description of the listing is accurate. ”

“We were looking forward to this vacation and staying at this property. We pulled in to a property a bit run down and were greeted with a half eaten piece of chicken on a chair on our porch. There were multiple items wrong with the unit that cropped up the longer we stayed, the more we found. The overall appearance was dirty and unkept, ( microwave, oven, bathtubs, floors) paint had been touched up with the wrong colors. Bed pillows, pillowcases and towels were stained and dining room table and...
