Rent a whole house with 2 large double bedrooms with optional third bedroom. in the separate living area downstairs where there is a sofa bed. All essential cooking and washing facilities included in the kitchen and utility room, 2 bathrooms and a dining area, separate from the living room. Close to amenities include Sheffield Arena, Meadowhall and the centre. Ask a question any time via email, text or phone A quiet estate in close proximity to major transport links, attractions and Sheffield Parkway. There is a bus stop directly outside the property The use of the full home including 2 bathrooms, each with their own shower, sink, toilet, heated towel rails. There is also a washer and condenser tumble drier in the utility room. The downstairs WC/ shower is through the utility room. Welcome to your ideal home away from home in Sheffield! Whether you're in town for work, an event, or simply exploring the Steel City, our property offers the perfect blend of convenience and comfort. Location is everything. Situated close to the arena and Meadowhall, you'll have easy access to entertainment and shopping. Plus, we're within 10 minutes of Sheffield's vibrant city centre, where you can explore its rich history, cultural attractions, and buzzing nightlife. Let's talk about the property itself. Spread over two levels, this spacious house is designed to cater to your every need. With two distinct living areas, you'll find ample space to unwind and relax. The open-plan, modern kitchen-diner is fully equipped to whip up delicious meals. The other living area can be easily transformed into a third bedroom, complete with a sofa bed and wardrobe, ensuring flexibility for different guest groups. Upstairs, you'll discover two generous bedrooms that can be configured with either twin or king/superking setups, catering to your preference and ensuring a restful night's sleep. No need to worry about morning queues; there are two bathrooms at your disposal. The ground-floor bathroom features a convenient shower cubicle, WC, and sink, while the first-floor bathroom boasts a relaxing bathtub, perfect for unwinding after a long day of work or sightseeing. We understand that travel with little ones can require some extra considerations. That's why we provide a utility room with a washing machine for your convenience. If you're traveling with children, we can also set up cots and have high chairs available upon request. Just let us know in advance, and we'll ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible.
