It is the perfect retreat for families and groups of friends with fun and relaxing amenities for the whole family.

WATER TOYS: 1 Adult Kayak, 2 Kid Kayaks, 1 two-person Kayak, 5 person Pedal Boat, 1 Standing Paddle Board.

YARD: Cozy up at the Firepit (wood, smores kit, and marshmallow roasting sticks provided) by the water. Large flat grass lawn perfect for the kids to run around and enjoy games on. Go explore and see the goats on Goat Island using the kayaks provided. A variety of lifejacket sizes available to use.

PARKING: Plenty of parking available. Covered carport for 2 vehicles and space for 2 Trailers and at least 4 more cars.

OUTDOOR LIVING: Gorgeous, spacious, covered deck surrounding three fourths of the Octagon Home with the most amazing lake views. The deck features an outdoor kitchen with built in gas grill, separate gas burner, sink, mini-refrigerator, bar seating, and 2 hanging hammocks. Enjoy sports in the background on the Smart TV while enjoying a drink at the bar or eating dinner at the 6-person outdoor dining table. Lounge and relax and take in the views and fresh air on the outdoor patio set and look out for the eagles that are occasionally seen soaring in the sky above. Wash off outside after a day on the lake at the outdoor shower on the deck.

BEDROOM 1: Downstairs master bedroom with King Bed, workstation desk, Smart TV, and Day Bed. Full Bathroom with Shower, his and her sinks, and spacious closet.

BEDROOM 2: Upstairs Bunk House Drive sleeps 6 with Queen on bottom & Twin on top. AND, another Full on bottom and Twin on top. Full Walk-in closet, big bean bag, Smart TV, and arcade with lots of fun games for everyone to enjoy.

BEDROOM 3: Upstairs guest room has a King Bed, Comfortable Futon, and Smart TV. Relax and enjoy the lake views from the futon in this cozy and spacious room.

BATHROOM: Full bathroom with his and her sinks and shower connected and shared by bunk and guest room.

INDOOR LIVING: Open Layout, 2 story great room with full kitchen, 6-8 person dining table and comfortable living room set. You won't find a seat in this room that doesn't feature the beautiful water views of Lay Lake. Make a cup of coffee at the coffee bar (starter k-cups and coffee supplies provided), grab a blanket, and relax. Well equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, 10ft kitchen island with bar seating, blender, toaster, and more.

GENERAL: Free Wi-Fi, all Smart TV's have YouTube TV, but bring your Netflix and Disney log-ins to enjoy your favorite shows. Linens and bath towels included. Full size washer and dryer with starter detergent. Security cameras face parking and driveway only and are to monitor the home while guests are not present.

Guests will have private access to the entire home for the duration of their stay.

You will have plenty of privacy with me as your host. However, should you need any assistance during your stay, please let me know. I am always willing to come help when necessary and as needed.
