I just happened to stay on the 2nd day from their renewal opening. So, naturally it was very clean. I hope they would continue paying attention to the details to maintain this cleanliness. I travelled to Japan for the first time and this hotel was very lovely. Very friendly staff ready to help and it was very convenient to go to the 7/11 downstairs. The only con would be that there is limited transportion by bus to Narita but this is not the hotel’s fault. The hotel is a little far from Tokyo main attraction but, it was still easy access to station. Overall we enjoyed our stay and we felt very welcomed and the hotel was excellent!

The hotel was at an excellent JR train station, it is just 2 minutes to the hotel. The front desk staffs were very nice and friendly, I did not expect they even help to take our luggages into our room. The buffect breakfast was provided a lot of choice, and the food was yummy. The cafe staffs provided very good service. The room price of the hotel was reasonable. We enjoyed the stay and had a good time, we would come to this hotel again, thank you for the service.
