“Room was very clean, the breakfast was great everyday of our 6 day stay. The staff was amazing and have to give a shout out to Darnell. We didn't utilize the laundry room or the wi-fi but it was there. The pool was okay but for some reason the jacuzzi s were not working on either pool. We will stay here again just the fact of the location and the staff being so awesome and clean place. The parking lot was well lit and felt safe in the area.”

“For the prices paid I would expect a little better service. On the second day the maid staff asked if we needed service, to which I said not today but definitely tomorrow. But tomorrow came and no service. The interior is a bit dated and shows wear and tear on the little things. The eateries are not a part of Harrah's and do not participate in the comps program. The casino does have a fair compliment of popular table games and slots which was great. We also came for the Biloxi Seafood Festival……
