“We really loved this hotel, brilliant views, great staff, easy to get to the lakeside. Our one comment for feedback would be that we would like to specifically order breakfast items, the hotel only brought out what they had planned for breakfast, our only choice was the eggs, and even then we didn’t realise an omelette would be included. I think giving customers the ability to order what they want is better. ”

“Shkoder is an amazing city and Hotel Chicago is in the perfect spot. Please note, the hotel starts on the 4th floor and there are several stairs the need to be climbed to get to the elevator and then to the hotel itself. People with mobility issues should check ahead of time.”
