The condo is designed for your utmost convenience and enjoyment. It features a private garage, a washer and dryer inside the unit, and a fully equipped kitchen ready for all your culinary needs. The community boasts an array of amenities, including six BBQ grills, two tennis courts, two pickleball courts, a walking path, and a fishing dock. Plus, you'll have deeded walking access to both Siesta Key and Crescent Beach, just a short stroll across Midnight Pass Road.
Inside, you'll find tile flooring throughout for easy cleanup, and beach chairs, towels, and a cart are provided for your enjoyment. The sleeping arrangements are perfect for families, with a king bed in the primary bedroom and two double beds in the guest room, ensuring comfort and space for everyone.
You'll be just a short walk away from the private, deeded beach access to Siesta Key's world-renowned white sandy beaches on the Gulf of Mexico. For added convenience and fun, the free Siesta Key Trolley is available to take you to The Village, where you can indulge in shopping, dining, and vibrant nightlife.
House Rules: No Motorcycles, golf carts, RVs, boats, or trailers allowed. No smoking. No burning candles inside of lodging. No parties. No Pets.
