Please accept our apologies for this lack of cleaning, you comment has helped us to become better and we have already made some new procedures for our housekeeping department. However during your stay we did not receive any comments from you about the cleaning, otherwise we could change this situation for the better. Unfortunately we had a storm before your stay, and we have it quite often during the rainy season, which washed away all our beach area, it takes some time to fix it. As well as the stained walls - it is normal thing during the low season, because of the humidity. We would be glad to see you after October, when the weather will be fine. Construction works are everywhere, but in our location of Otres 2 - for the moment less than in Sihanoukville-city and is the best in the area in this case, if you want to spend relaxing time on the clean beach. I want to apologize once again to you for having been forced to make a remark to you about the fact that it is not right to wash your motorcycle on the main entrance to our restaurant. It is a pity that you did not pay attention to the rest of the guests at the hotel, obstructing the passage and the fact that you stained the red clay with the entire walking zone into our restaurant. We would like to inform you that time is gone, and now plants at the territory very hight and close window more that enough. Same situation with breakfast: we provide amazing a la carte breakfast from 16 food position, prosseco or fresh smoothies. Except the a la carte breakfast, we offer a complimentary mini-buffet with unlimited local fruits, banana bread, toast, butter and eggs, corn flakes and mueslis, homemade jam, milk , water, local coffee and tea, yogurt and vegetable salads upon the request.
