"1. Trouble accessing lockbox. Owner was available to talk me thru it. More instructions needed, as not all lockboxes work the same way 2. No heat! With 40’s temp, I was very cold and the heater did not work. After another phone call to the owner, discovered fuse for unit had been turned off. 3. Coffee makers but no coffee!"

I had booked 2 months in advance (and paid) but got notice 3 hours before checking in ( was in a plane heading there) that “sorry” but could not take me that they would honor a cancellation like they were doing me a favor. "Great stay on a quiet vineyard. Hosts were very helpful and responsive. Room was clean and comfortable. The vineyard is beautiful and there is plenty of space outside to enjoy the view. Very relaxing place to stay."
