"This property is absolutely beautiful. We went there for a wedding and everything was absolutely perfect from the cleanliness to the comfort of the bed. The staff was extraordinary and making sure we were provided with the best service. The breakfast was also good and the hotel has such a beautiful view. We were so pleased. "Very disappointed with the staff and their reservation coordination. Booked our room and had an event that prevented us from checking in before 10:00pm and apparently the hotel had oversold their rooms. We went to check in and they said that they oversold the rooms so we had to drive 2.5 hours home after a very long day. Finally got home a 1:30am absolutely exhausted and extremely disappointed. Customer service is everything and Hyatt Place at Chapel Hill failed all the way around. I will never recommend this hotel and will be sure that I share this story openly. "

"Second stay at this property. Super convenient and comfortable for one or two guests, my wife and I stayed here while visiting family who live in Briar Chapel. Shower is really nice and has great water pressure and hot water. Good laundry and kitchen too. Highly recommend. "

"Perfect location for a concert at Cats cradle or anything UNC Chapel Hill campus. Overall, the place was very nice and clean.The address in the listing was incorrect and took us to N. Greensboro instead of S. Greensboro. We contacted the property manager through VRBO and it took a while to hear back. Once they update the address on the listing, it will be fine. Overall, a good place to stay."
