9/10 Wonderful! (1,638 reviews)
We enjoyed our stay in Raleigh. Everything was good except the last night. The group in the room next to ours came in at 1:30 am and were “roudy” the rest of the night/morning. We were not able to sleep. If this happens to you, report it immediately so the management and visit the room and address the issue.

7/10 Good! (837 reviews)
This place looks like it belongs as the main character in a horror movie. When I entered maybe I rang the bell too hard or something but it seemed to anger a woman who appeared with an attitude. Through the wall of glass I had hard time making out her broken English but her vitriol was as clear as the bell I rang a minute prior. The room was worthy of photographs, it was truly a sightseeing adventure. I was in a smoking room with two ashtrays which was great, but the window didn’t open which I found odd for a very small smoking room but luckily the smoke detector didn’t work. The shower had hot water after a few minutes but it stayed hot which was a nice surprise. The shower was spacious but looked like maybe someone was in the process of removing the tiles but decided it looked better without them. Another feature was the well ventilated shower curtain. The furniture and blankets had a lot of character, cigarette burns, aftermarket paint job, and you knew when fabric is sticky like hot vinyl, it was honestly impressive, most people give up on older furniture but this place has real loyalty to those furnishings. So if you’re looking for a spot to film some kind of David Lynch type thing, this place is for you. If you’re looking for a place to sleep, I’d find another place, the pillows are a little thin.
