“I have stayed here before for college dropoff/family weekend/etc with no issues. This time was different. The lock to my room (keycard) would not work. I repeatedly went to the front desk and they repeatedly reactivated my card telling me not to put it near phone or othe devices which I did not. Every single time I went back to the room the key did not work. Having to move my daughter into college I needed to be in and out of the room frequently. I asked someone to come please look at the lock……

“I like the fact that check-in went very quickly and smoothly. I like the fact that the grounds, the entrance, the lobby, and the room were very clean. The air was excellent in the room The hallways and the elevator leave a lot to be desired. I did not like the fact that there were some fairly standard room amenities not there. I’m referring specifically to appliances with a charger port for phone and iPad, light fixtures that don’t completely light up the room, pillows that were far too soft,……
