"Aesthetically pleasing, super clean. I love the fact they give you a poker chip to cash in for a water, beer, or wine which is super dope. I also love the concept that if you see anything in the room that you like you can take and they will just charge it to the bill. The young lady at the desk was super sweet and very helpful. Overall 10 out of 10 recommend I would definitely come back! "

"Room was clean however there was not a microwave in the room. I should have checked the amenities in the room however I have never seen a hotel that didn't have microwaves. The TV was not a smart TV so we couldn't connect our phones to watch Netflix. Other higher end hotels have had those. We were getting ready to check out 30min before checkout time and one of the housekeepers came into our room without knocking and walked in while my youngest daughter was getting dressed. I will NEVER be staying here again! Highly disappointed about this stay!"

"The hotel staff was very friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and well maintained. The bed was more comfortable than most hotel beds. There was a musty smell to the room and hallway but I believe that was due to some work that was being done in the hall way on the wall. We skipped the breakfast as it was continental and the option to make your own waffle. We were expecting hot items (eggs, bacon, sausage, instant oatmeal) in addition to the items that were available since it was advertised as breakfast and other Best Westerns advertised that way had these items. Not a complaint just an observation. It is walkable to mall and a few sit down restaurants which was nice. The room was quiet as well. "

"The afternoon/evening front desk staff (the young girl with colorful dyed hair) was very unprofessional and rude. When we checked in, she was just lounging on the guest couch in front of the front desk with her phone, she looked like we were inconvenience her for checking in, not pleasant at all. When we came back to ask another question she was just dismissed us. The same thing two days after when we asked for fresh towels since the housekeeping couldn’t clean the room because my husband is still in the room working, but it was totally our fault so its fine. But the front desk the same girl was very rude about giving us fresh towels and also for asking water bottle she said we should pay for the water, but finally she reluctantly gave us 2 bottled water. "

"We had an amazing breakfast and the staff was so nice. Nicole especially was super sweet when we checked in. The room was clean, and the beds were very comfy. We will stay here again when we are in Greensboro. "

"The hotel was fine. It was clean, safe and in a walkable location. Not luxurious by any stretch but a good option."
