Our tv went out an wouldnt stay on direct rv problem am sure. Front desk tried to fix wouldnt work. The ubs port didnt work. Other then that loved it. Staff is very friendly

Our second day went down to eat breakfast around 9am and there was no food. Everything was gone. The front desk lady noted that the food truck had delivered late and that was the reason. Also, she had no help other than herself to manage the front desk and the food area. She did great to make some food for us (about 30 minutes later) that we got to eat. If we would have had to be somewhere it would have been no good, but she did the best she could based on the circumstances. Hope that this wouldn’t happen again for sure.

The rooms are fairly nice and clean but i picked this hotel because of the pool and hot tub. The hot tub was broken. Should get a discount for that.

Details Matter!
Walk-in shower was nice, but the bathroom corners need to be cleaned. Had to ask for breakfast items to be restocked, but the breakfast was OK. Little details matter!

I stay at this hotel on a reg basis. Most things are pretty good but This last stay we had 1 towel in our room that’s it. Also we went down for breakfast at 8:30 and everything was wiped out. Scrambled eggs and muffin was about it.
