“We arrived at 10:30pm after having previously booked and paid for the room. However, they couldn’t give us a room because they said they sold the room even though they didn’t have one. They promised to refund our money “tonight” but that was a week ago and we still haven’t seen the funds! At one level we are happy we didn’t have to stay there - the place is a dump. If we weren’t so tired and unhappy, we would have taken photos!”
